How to Set Up Your Own Les Twentyman Foundation’s Fundraiser?

Did you know that you can set up your own fundraiser on your Facebook account to support our work with young people across Greater Melbourne. It’s super easy to let your Facebook community know that you are supporting Les Twentyman Foundation, inviting them to make donations and spread your cause further.
Here’s how you can set up your own Les Twentyman Foundation’s fundraiser.

Step 1: Go to your Facebook account. Write a post that describes your fundraiser. We have an example to help you start with it.
Our kids are at risk of disconnecting with schools and the community, which can affect their future dramatically. Many young Australians today end up on the streets or in incarceration due to circumstances outside of their control. We can help!
The Les Twentyman Foundation provides crucial support services for young people and their families. Their programs and services cover education-support, sports and recreation, counselling, personal development, life experiences and employment pathways.
Today I want to ask you to donate as little or much as you can to help us care for our future generations.

It’s my birthday! And in a different time, I would have been probably hosting a big party or traveling overseas. But today, we are living in a different world. COVID-19 has affected our lives dramatically. And many young people are at risk right now.
If you were thinking to get me a birthday present, donate to Les Twentyman Foundation instead – this is the birthday present I’d really love. Thank you.

Step 2: Click on the right bottom corner, where it says ‘More’ to find Les Twentyman Foundation for your fundraiser.

Step 3: Choose Raise Money from the available options.
Step 4: Type Twentieth Man Fund Incorporated to find it amongst other not for profits, and click on it when you see it on the screen.

Step 5: Once you chose Twentieth Man Fund Incorporated, it will appear right under your post’s copy. You can add an image or an additional DONATE TODAY: https://www.ltfoundation.com.au/donate/ copy if your post doesn’t seem to have a DONATE BUTTON.
Facebook technology changes rapidly, and not all accounts look the same at the same time. Your post may look a little different from others.

Step 6: Press Post and see your fundraiser appear on your Facebook account.
Click on the three dots on the top right of your post and edit your fundraise if you need to.
You can add an image or an additional DONATE TODAY: https://www.ltfoundation.com.au/donate/ copy if your post doesn’t seem to have a DONATE BUTTON.
